Library Officer - Information & Library unit (Full Time) Ref No. 36/07 Parramatta City Council is seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused library officer to work within the Information & Library Unit. This position provides an exciting and challenging opportunity for applicants who excel and are interested in working in a dynamic Library environment with a focus on delivery of effective services to remote and on-site customers. This position assists in the provision of circulation and reference services and other designated branches as required. The role also supports the provision of Children Services including story times and other outreach programmes. You will be required to have completed a Diploma in Information Studies or its equivalent, and beneficial to have a technician membership accepted by the Australian Library and Information Association. Salary: Closing Date: 4pm on Friday 27 April 2007.
