Applications for resident or resident’s visitors parking permits can be made by completing the RP Residents Parking Permit Application form - pdf 125kb or the VP Residents Visitors Parking Permit Application form - pdf 75kb and taking it in person with the required supporting documents to Council’s offices at 30 Darcy Street, Parramatta between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
