Are there resources available to research the history of Parramatta?

The Local Studies and Family History Library and Council Archives, both housed at the Parramatta Heritage Centre, contain valuable resources for people wishing to discover more about the rich history of Parramatta.

The collections are non-lending, which means the resources can only be used in the Local Studies and Family History Library. Photocopying facilities are available.

The Council Archivist and the Local Studies and Family History Librarian can provide information on the collections and assistance and advice to researchers.
