The permanent exhibition is Parramatta: People & Place

This exhibition invites you to participate in the living heritage of Parramatta through shared stories, objects, multimedia presentations and interactive displays that are this exhibition experience. It speaks of unique moments from Parramatta's past and present and tells of the extraordinarily diverse range of cultural and social experience and the rich layers of environmental and built history that make up this place.

Temporary Exhibition Program

The Parramatta Heritage Centre has two temporary exhibition spaces. The temporary exhibition program reflects the unique nature and interests of the Parramatta and Western Sydney region. The exhibitions include: cultural diversity; contemporary issues; art, cultural, social and environmental histories and popular concerns. Community developed regional, state, national and international exhibitions are featured.
