How Can I Obtain Information from Council?

Council is happy to provide customers with a wide range of information. Some documents are available free of charge and these are listed in Section 12 of the Local Government Act, 1993.

Any other requests for information can be made via the Freedom of Information Act. Council Officers can help you to determine the best way to obtain the information you require.

Council must however comply with the Privacy Protection Act, which ensures individual's privacy.
