Expressions Of Interest For The Annual Use Of Councils Public Halls, Community Centres & Meeting Rooms

1 July 2004 to 30 June 2005

Expressions of Interests are invited for the use of Parramatta City Council's Public Halls, Community Centres & Meeting Rooms for 1st July 2004 - 30th June 2005.

To be classed as a annual / permanent hirer the facility must be hired on either ten (10) separate occasions per year or for more than 30 hours over the 12 month period.

Facilities include:

• Parramatta Town Hall & Meeting Rooms
• Granville Town Hall & Meeting Rooms
• Granville Library Meeting Rooms
• Ermington Community Centre & Meeting Room
• Dundas Community Centre & Meeting Rooms
• Reg Byrne Community Centre & Meeting Room
• Council Chambers, Civic Place, Meeting Rooms
• Guildford Meeting Room
• Lake Parramatta Training Room

All applicants (both new and existing) are required to contact the Booking Office for an Information Leaflet, Application Form, Conditions of Hire and Categorisation Form. Applications close Friday 27th February 2004 by 4:30 p.m.

Priority will be given to applications submitted by this date.
