Construction of Roadworks, Civil, Drainage, Paving, Landscape, and Streetscape Works
Tenders are invited for the Construction of Roadworks, Civil, Drainage, Paving, Landscape and Streetscape Works for Marion Street, Harris Park – Better Neighbourhood Improvement Program. The lump sum Contract is scheduled for practical completion by end of August 2007.
Copies of the tender documents are available from Council’s Technical Services Unit, Level 3, Library Building, 1A Civic Place, Parramatta at a non-refundable cost of $100.00 each (payment to be made first at Council’s Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, 30 Darcy Street, Parramatta).
Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope endorsed “General Manager, Tender 5/2007 – Marion Street, Harris Park – Better Neighbourhood Improvement Program Stages 2 & 3 - Construction of Roadworks, Civil, Drainage, Paving, Landscape and Streetscape Works”.
Only those tenders received in Council’s Tender Box located at Parramatta City Council, Ground Floor, 30 Darcy Street, Parramatta, prior to closure at 10.00am on Tuesday, 3 April 2007 will be considered.
