Tenders are invited for the Construction of Civil, Roadworks, Drainage, Paving, Landscape and Streetscape Works for Church Street South, Parramatta. This is a lump sum contract.
Copies of the tender documents are available from Council’s Technical Services Unit, Level 3, Library Building, 1A Civic Place, Parramatta at a non-refundable cost of $100.00 each (payment to be made first at Council’s Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, 30 Darcy Street, Parramatta).
Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope endorsed “General Manager, Tender 1/2007 – Church Street South, Parramatta (Bounded by The Great Western Highway and Aird Street) – Construction of Civil, Drainage, Paving, Landscape and Streetscape Works”.
Only those tenders received in Council’s Tender Box located at Parramatta City Council, Ground Floor, 30 Darcy Street, Parramatta, prior to closure at 10.00am on Tuesday, 3 April 2007 will be considered.
